Bill Pay: Safe Debit Accounts are not eligible for recurring payments or Express Delivery and can only pay billers listed in our system who accept electronic payment.

Zelle®: To send money in minutes with Zelle®, you must have an eligible U.S. Bank account and have a mobile number registered in your online and mobile banking profile for at least three calendar days. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®. Recipients must have an eligible bank account in the United States. Terms and conditions apply.

Safe Debit Account is subject to certain account limitations and eligibility requirements, including on the use of Bill Pay and Mobile Check Deposit. Please refer to the U.S. Bank Safe Debit Account Terms and Conditions and Safe Debit Account Pricing and Information for details.

External Transfers: Eligibility requirements and restrictions apply. Please refer to the Digital Services Agreement for more information.

Wire Transfers: Eligibility requirements and restrictions apply. Fees for wire transfers initiated in mobile and online banking will be displayed before confirmation. Please refer to the Digital Services Agreement for more information.

The mobile feature, U.S. Bank Smart Assistant, is only available in the English language. The feature requires downloading the latest version of the U.S. Bank Mobile App. Message and data rates may apply.

Linking external accounts provides you with view-only access to balances and transaction details for accounts you hold at other financial institutions. The information displayed or provided as part of the external account linking service is for your informational purposes and may not reflect your most recent transactions or balances.
